View the Sacred Harbor, and the regal Sacred Way, flanked by stone lions leading to the temples dedicated to Apollo and Artemis. DAY 4: Sat Day at leisure to explore the island (B): MYKONOS

DAY 5: Sun Full day at leisure or enjoy an optional morning tour of the island. Visit the beach of Saint Ioannis with its picturesque church. Drive by Ornos beach, Saint Stefano beach, and Tourlos harbor. Continue to Kalafatis and Santa Anna. Visit the village of Ano Mera, well-known for the monastery of Panagia Tourliani and the typical square with the Greek taverns ($36, May-Sept only). Balance of the day at leisure (B): MYKONOS

DAY 6:Mon Transfer to the port for your ferry to Athens. Arrive and transfer to your hotel (B): ATHENS

DAY 7: Tues This morning, enjoy an optional half day tour of Athens. View the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and the National Library. See the Evzones in their picturesque uniform and the Presidential Palace. Travel on to the Acropolis for a short stop at the Panathenian Stadium, site of the first Olympic Games. Also visit the Museum and the architectural masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens ($53) (B): ATHENS
