Day 2: Zurich - Appenzell - Liechtenstein - St Moritz Drive through some of Switzerland&39s most beautiful Alpine landscape. Tour the Appenzell town center, see the Town Hall, painted wooden houses and the "Landsgemeindeplatz." Travel east to Vaduz in Liechtenstein then through the Rhine Valley and ascend to Juiler Pass. The Grison&39s canton of Switzerland offers spectacular Alpine views, of the mountains lakes and villages along the Swiss Alps.

Day 3: St Mortiz - The Bernina Express Glacier Train to Tirano - Lugano. Board the Bernina Express Train at St Moritz for a journey on one of the most scenic routes in Switzerland. Travel across the Swiss Alps, via Bernina Pass and reach Tirano in the Italian Valtellina. Disembark from the train and board your coach again, to travel along the borders of Lake Como and the Swiss city of Lugano.

Day 4: Lugano - Lake Maggiore - Tasch Tour the chocolate factory in Caslano, travel to Lake Maggiore in Italy and admire the almost Mediterranean view. You could try the optional boat trip to Isola Bella and return to Switzerland via the mountainous Simplon Pass to spend the night in Tasch.

Day 5: Tasch - Zermatt - Lake Geneva - Lausanne Travel by train to Zermatt, a popular resort at the base of the Matterhorn. Later travel through the lower Rhone Valley and through vineyards sprawling across the hill slopes, along the sides of the Lake.

Day 6: Lausanne - Gruyere - Berne - Lake Thun - Interlaken - Lake Lucerne Area Visit the medieval town of Gruyere known for its famous cheese. Travel to Berne, the capital of Switzerland, and enjoy sightseeing in the city. Some of the sights you will see are the Federal Palace and the Bear Pit. Proceed to Lake Thun and further to Interlaken. Travel over the Brunig Pass to reach Lake Lucerne. Spend the night at Lucerne.

Day 7: Lucerne - Zurich Enjoy sightseeing in Lucerne, a beautiful city surrounded by the Swiss Alps, Lake Lucerne and the River Reuss. You could take an optional cable car ride to Mt Titlis, which is 10,000 ft above sea level. Drive by coach to Zurich to stay overnight.

Day 8: Transfer to the airport at Zurich at the end of your Zurich-to-Zurich coach tour of Switzerland with Switzerland Flexitours.
