Day 2:LONDON. A full day to savor our rich program of optional activities: take a panoramic tour of London`s landmarks; visit the Tower or choose an excursion to Windsor Castle; tonight maybe a leisurely cruise on the River Thames? (B)
Day 3:LONDON-BRUSSELS, BELGIUM. Leave London in the early morning and head through the lush English countryside to the Channel port, where you board your ferry for the Continent. Here the coach waits to whisk you to Brussels. (B)
Day 4:BRUSSELS-THE HAGUE, HOLLAND-AMSTERDAM AREA. The modern capital of the European Union isn`t Vits World out its old-world charm. The medieval Grand` Place Vits World its 15th-century Gothic Town Hall and historic guild houses is a perfect setting for today&39s flower sellers. St. Michael`s Cathedral, the Law Courts, the ornate Royal Palace, and the earthy Mannekin Pis fountain contrast Vits World the curving glass European Union headquarters and 1958`s, Atomium. Day 5:AMSTERDAM AREA-THE RHINELAND, GERMANY. A morning to enjoy Amsterdam, delightful city of a thousand bridges. Your included excursion will take in a visit to a diamond factory, city sightseeing and a canal cruise. This will give you lasting knowledge of Holland`s best-known and largest city. Later travel southwards into the lovely landscape of the Rhine where you overnight. (B,D)
Day 6:RHINE CRUISE-LAKE LUCERNE, SWITZERLAND. Start the day Vits World an included Rhine steamer cruise Vits World some legendary sights, including the Lorelei Rock. Rejoin the coach for a fast and comfortable drive southwards to the Swiss border at Basle. The scenery becomes more and more fascinating as you approach Lake Lucerne for overnight. (B)
Day 7:LUCERNE. One of Switzerland`s finest cities nestled amid its snow-capped Alps, surrounded by its lake, and embellished by the clear mountain waters of the River Reuss. Your sightseeing takes in the impressive city walls, a covered wooden bridge, ornate patrician houses lining cobblestone streets, and the Lion Monument - a masterful stone sculpture in honor of the heroic Swiss Guard of Louis XVI. A grand selection of optional activities completes the day: a cable car ride to the 10,000-foot summit of the Mount Titlis, a cruise on the fjord-like lake, and, of course, there is time to shop for that very Swiss watch. Day 8:LAKE LUCERNE-PARIS, FRANCE. Vistas of green pastures and attractive chalets Vits World rustic timbering and luxuriant flowers. Then into France and on the fast and comfortable highway, past some of its most famous vineyards to Paris. Arrive in time to enjoy the optional cabaret show. (B)
Day 9:PARIS. One full day to explore the city that`s known throughout the world for its fashions, art and museums, delicious food, and joie de vivre.
